Midtown Farmer’s Market

Where: The Commons at North Hills, Raleigh

When: Saturdays, 8 am – 12 pm

A market dedicated to providing Midtown Raleigh with locally grown and healthy food as well as educational opportunities to learn about sustainable farming methods and food systems.

Sundays at Sundown on the Village Green

Where: Southern Village, Chapel Hill

When: Every Sunday at 7 pm

Every Sunday catch live music and good times in the center of Southern Village. The musical acts range in genres and attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or low lawn chairs. Check the Southern Village Facebook page for other free events like movies and performances.

Eno Fest

Where: West Point on the Eno City Park, Durham

When: Sat, Sun, July 3, 4

Eno Fest features over 40 musical acts spread throughout four stages. There will be artisans selling crafts, food and drink vendors, and fun activities. The festival takes place at a scenic area with plenty of shade and river access to cool off.

July 3, Lake Benson Park. Starts at 5 pm. Fireworks begin immediately after performance of NC Symphony which begins at 8:30 pm.

Wake Forest

July 3, Wake Forest High School Stadium. Fireworks start at 9:30

Holly Springs

July 5, Sugg Farm at Base Lake Park. Fireworks start around 9:15

Raleigh

July 4, Carter-Finley Arena. Fireworks start at 9:30 pm

Cary

July 4, Koka Booth Amphitheater. Fireworks start at 9:25 pm

Chapel Hill

July 4, Southern Community Park. Fireworks start at 9:20 pm

Durham

July 4, Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Fireworks start at 9:15 pm

The Ultimate Pop-Up Shop Experience at Fred Fletcher Park

Where: Fred Fletcher Park, Raleigh

When: Sun, July 11, 11:30 am – 3:30 pm

Crabfeast

Where: Lake Wheeler Park, Raleigh

When: Sat, July 17, 1 – 4 pm

Hosted by a nonprofit that supports cancer research, Southeast Crab Feast events bring a family friendly environment for those that want to enjoy a bountiful feast of perfectly seasoned fresh blue crabs and fish.
